Police have yet to identify any suspects in a pair of early morning stabbings — one fatal — outside a venerable Tucker cocktail lounge.

The dispute unfolded around 3 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Last Great Watering Hole on 4341 Hugh Howell Road. The two unidentified men were taken to a local hospital, where one remains in serious condition. The other victim died soon after arriving, said DeKalb County Police spokeswoman Mekka Parish.

Located in a nondescript warehouse behind a liquor store, the Last Great Watering Hole has been in business for more than 15 years, according to its MySpace page.

The watering hole’s manager refused comment on the stabbings, referring all inquiries to DeKalb police.

WSB-TV reported that an alleged witness told the station that the fight began after one man insulted a woman about her tattoo.
