Ex-prosecutor Barrie wins DeKalb Superior Court race
Four school board seats also filled in runoff

DeKalb County voters Tuesday chose four school board members and a Superior Court judge.
With 194 of 195 precincts reporting, former prosecutor Tangela Barrie defeated administrative law judge Johnny Mason for Superior Court.

Nov. 4 voting:
In school board District 2, retired U.S. history teacher Don McChesney had 53 percent; Fulton County teacher Ella Smith had 47 percent.
In District 4, business executive Paul Womack, with 51 percent, had a 254 vote lead over bankruptcy lawyer Shayna Steinfeld.
In District 8, former educator Pamela Speaks had 59 percent of the votes; accountant Pamela Buncum, 41 percent.
In District 9, former school administrator Eugene Walker defeated longtime school activist Ernest Brown, 62 percent to 38 percent.
