Cobb police are looking for the man who robbed a gas station clerk at gunpoint early Friday morning.
A man entered the AM/PM gas station convenience store at 2:30 a.m. and asked the clerk at the counter for change, said Sgt. Dana Pierce with the Cobb County Police Department.
As the clerk opened the register, the man produced what appeared to be a sawed-off shotgun. The clerk backed up and the man grabbed cash, police said.
The man was last seen walking west on Paces Mill Road, not far from where the robbery occurred at 3340 Cobb Parkway S.E. in Atlanta.
He is described as a black male in his mid-20s, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, baggy jeans, white tennis shoes and a black baseball cap with a white logo.
