The alleged mastermind in the "Barbie Bandits" bank heist looked happy when he received his share of the money, one of his alleged accomplices testified Wednesday.
Heather Lyn Johnston told prosecutor Bonnie Derrer that Michael Darrell Chastang, who is on trial in the case, suggested that she and Ashley Nicole Miller should wear wigs to pull off the job.

Afterward, all three were scared because the women had not worn wigs. Instead, they donned sunglasses when they walked into an Acworth Kroger on Feb. 27, 2007 and handed a teller at a Bank of America branch their demand note.
"I think he [Chastang] was happy that we got money," Johnston testified.
"He just looked happy" when the women gave him $5,000 from the job.
Chastang was to share that money equally with Benny Herman Allen III, the bank teller.
Johnston pleaded guilty last year to theft by taking. Miller and Allen pleaded guilty in February to the same charge. All three are awaiting sentencing.
Chastang's trial continues Thursday before Cobb Superior Court Judge Mary Staley.
Police and prosecutors allege that Chastang put Johnston and Miller in contact with Allen and that after the heist the group split the proceeds.
