U.S. Marshals captured two Clayton County homicide suspects Friday in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Darnell Michael Matthews, 20, and Anthony Idris Bostic, 22, were arrested on one murder warrant each and 12 warrants for aggravated assault, said James M. Ergas, of the U.S. Marshals Service’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force.
Police say the two men shot and killed Brian Patterson Jr., 25, outside the Little Caesars Pizza in Morrow on April 13.
Patterson, of Rex, was struck as he walked outside the restaurant. He was pronounced dead at Southern Regional Health System.
Another bullet shot through the pizza shop’s window and struck Quantavius Robinson, 20, of Atlanta in the foot. Robinson was standing at the counter when he was struck, police said.
Ergas said the shooting remains under investigation and there may be additional suspects.
