Police are looking for six people in two separate cars who allegedly kidnapped three Rex residents, driving them around and robbing them Wednesday night before dropping them off in DeKalb County.
Forest Park police Maj. Chris Matson said two men and a woman were walking along Jonesboro Road in the Clayton County city about 8 p.m. on their way to a McDonald's restaurant.

Two unmarked, older-model, Ford Crown Victoria cars stopped, and six armed men got out and forced the trio into the two cars, Matson said.
The assailants were dressed in black and dark green clothes and carried badges on chains around their necks, but no reference was made to them being police officers, nor did their clothing did not bear the words "police" or "security," Matson said.
The victims were forced into the cars, their hands were bound, and they were forced to keep their heads down, Matson said. They were driven around for about an hour before the two male victims were removed from the cars, robbed of their money and assaulted.
They were then put back in the cars and taken to DeKalb County, where all three victims were released. Though assaulted, the male victims did not require medical assistance. Police were investigating the exact locations of the events.
