Elton John: More needs to be done on HIV/AIDS

Singer Elton John delivers the keynote speech at the Bio International Convention at the Georgia World Congress Center on Tuesday. Some 20,000 scientists and medical professionals from all over the world are in the city for the convention. The singer is the founder of an AIDS foundation and spoke about how biotechnology has influenced prevention and treatment of the disease.
