Three men injured in drive-by shooting

Fulton County police are investigating a drive-by shooting Saturday evening in a south Fulton neighborhood.

Police were called just after 5 p.m. about shots fired on Cedarhurst Way near Flat Shoals Parkway. Three young men were sitting in a car on Cedarhurst when another vehicle drove by and shot at them, injuring the men, police said.

There were several people in the car that fired the shots, police spokeswoman Corp. Melissa Parker said.

The other vehicle “just ambushed them,” Parker said.

The victims were taken to several area hospitals, she said. Information about the seriousness of their injuries and the victims’ identities was not released.

No arrests had been made as of late Saturday night, Parker said. Police continue to investigate.
