Prosecutors say he lured a woman into his car on Metropolitan Avenue in June 2007. He raped her before throwing her out of the car.
Prosecutors say he then picked up another woman later that night in the same area. He attempted to rape her, but she pulled out a knife from her purse, cut him in the head and ran to a nearby police officer.
He was arrested after a brief foot and car chase.
Sentencing is set for Aug. 7.
