THE MOJITO AT ECLIPSE DI LUNA: one of my all-time favorite cocktails. Where’s yours?

Economic downturn, cutbacks, crisis. Yikes! I need a drink. Check out five of my favorite cocktails here.

What would you add to the list? And who’s that bartender making your drink?

A juicy, favorite of mine served late at night at the Heretic on Chesire Bridge. It’s a passion colada chock full of fruit.

Harlem Bar on Edgewood has the best cocktails in Atlanta. Second place would be Beleza, then Holeman Finch. Summertime on el Azteca’s patio with a pitcher of their Mango Margarita is truly sublime.

The cocktails are really good at Dogwood restaurant on Peachtree St. The bar setup is great for meeting friends after work, elegant but cozy!

Beleza all the way! Hands down, best cocktails in Atlanta! My fav is called “Jungle Juice” but they have an absinthe martini that is to die for as well. It has a great atmosphere, beautiful decor, good music, fun people, etc. Highly recommend! Beleza is at 905 Juniper. (and the mixologists ain’t to hard on the eyes either, lol!)

Bistro VG in Roswell (formerly Van Gogh’s) mixes two of my favorites: the Bistro Mojito - gin, lemons, mint and champagne and the French 75 - also gin, lemons and champagne. Speaking of gin, Watershed has a fabulous cocktail called the American Spirit. Very creative.
