Do you know someone who kicks butt in the kitchen and might not get enough credit for it? Do you know a spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, friend, lovah or otherwise groovy individual who works as a sous chef or chef de cuisine who deserves a shout out?
Let’s hear it for Atlanta’s unsung kitchen heroes: I’d love to know more about the men and women behind the chef. Who’s your favorite sous chef?

I want to give it up for my amazing Sous Chef! My name is Chad Anderson and I am currently heading the kitchen at the new Loca Luna location at 550 Amsterdam Avenue. Since we have moved, we have had some really exciting weekends with reservations approaching 600+ people in addition to walk-ins after that. I could not do it without my amazing staff of cooks, dish washers, servers, bartenders, hosts and hostesses, and especially my Sous Chef Noah Stewart. He works side by side with me until the end of each night producing fantastic cuisine and leadership. Here is to you kid, keep on cookin… Thanks, chef Chad Anderson
