Having all my friends over, grilling on the weber w/charcol, drinking, and playing badmitton in the back yard adults & kids.
Oh, and a water gun (ok Super Soaker 3000-X) fight after the badmitton championship games…..then a rousing game of poker with the adults, while the kids go play on the computer, watch a movie, or chat on their cell phones……
This year marks the 3rd Annual Badmitton Championship of Sugar Hill. The Badmitton Bowl if you will.

This is actually the 1st year that I am staying in Atlanta for Labor Day. What’s on the menu? Well!
With the abundance of 90-100 degree weather, there will probably be some pool action. I love making unique pool snacks. This year, I’m trying smores sandwiches with grilled bananas. I also ran into a recipe that involved dipping fruit into coconut milk and then into grounded dry coconut strips and frying over high heat. As for main dishes, we’ll probably let the boy grill burgers with some smoked cheese and red onions.
PS: Some of the recipes you can find in wal marts are pretty interesting and free for the taking.
