Favorite patio spot?
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
With the exception of a few chilly bursts, the weather has been almost perfect for dining out on the patio.

Don’t ask me to pick one - here are a few: Anis, Canoe, Table 1280, South City Kitchen, and Vickery’s.
I would have included Veni, Vidi, Vici on that list, before the “mini-me” version of the IBM Tower was plopped on that site.

Cantina La Casita is fantastic, but I prefer EARL and Flatiron because I can sit outside with my dog.

The greatest outdoor dining is at the Olde Towne Cafe, in Woodstock. The only negative is that you can’t hear the musician that’s playing inside. The food and service are terrific.

Steamhouse is great, but heard they were tearing it down in a couple of months. Anyone know anything about it? Something about another condo

Cantina La Casita is great. Lisa is the cutest and sweetest hostess, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The Brake Pad, in Historic College Park, 3403 Main St. (Rugby Ave.), 404-766-1515. Voted one of the Top Restaurants by Airports for fast/great food by http://www.zagat.com and has wonderful patio dining in a converted gas station. Watch the trains go by, walk to MARTA train station and historic Woodward Academy.

I think that the best outside places outside in ATL are either Treehouse in Peachtree Hills, Tin Lizzy’s on Piedmont, Rio Grande on Roswell Rd., Brio on Peachtree and Nava on Peachtree….a lot!

The Flat Iron is the best patio site. Service is good and food is good. The chicken wings are the best in Atlanta.
