The city of Roswell announced Wednesday it has temporarily stopped accepting motor oil for recycling after workers at the city's Recycling Center discovered leaking collection containers.
Residents can continue to recycle their used motor oil by dropping it off at Jiffy Lube, Moss Automotive or other private companies that accept motor oil, said Kimberly Johnson, a city spokeswoman.

The city expects repairs to its collection containers to take about two weeks. The Recycling Center is at 11570 Maxwell Road.
