East Point bank becomes penthouse home

Marc Lucas and Kim Tutin live in a penthouse on top of a foreclosed bank in downtown East Point. They have faced some challenges since finding the building in 2005. For example, the elevator cannot be used until they can afford to bring it up to commercial code. Until then, the upright piano will stay in the first-floor foyer.
