STONEY RIVER LEGENDARY STEAKS

Mashed potatoes have a blissful kick of garlic
Q: We recently dined at the Stoney River steakhouse, and it was fabulous. My 21-year-old daughter had raved about how much she loved the garlic mashed potatoes; however, I was more interested in the caramelized onion mashed potatoes, so I ordered them instead. Awesome! The leftovers were just as wonderful reheated the following day. Would it be possible to get both mashed potato recipes so everyone in the family will be satisfied?

A: Unfortunately, space allows only one recipe and Stoney River provided us with the one for its delicious garlic mashed potatoes. They are a perfect accompaniment for meat, poultry or fish. I know it isn't fair, but as a mother, I am sure you are used to putting your child's wishes before yours. Ah, the sacrifices we make for our kids.
