Police Tuesday were investigating the early morning shooting of a man outside an Alpharetta condominium. 
The shooting happened shortly before 3:30 a.m. Tuesday on Planter’s Ridge Lane, in the Planter’s Ridge condo complex, according to Alpharetta police spokesman George Gordon.

APD robot brings package out of the front door of the bank. The Atlanta Police bomb squad detonated a suspicious package which was left by an unidentified person at the Wells Fargo Bank, 4454 Roswell Road, Wednesday morning. A busy Sandy Springs thoroughfare was shut down during the early stages of Wednesday's morning commute, Feb 1, 2012 after a police officer shot at a robbery suspect who had allegedly pulled a gun on the officer.
