On Tuesday, you can enjoy great tennis, take an evening sunset stroll with Trees Atlanta, and enjoy a fun new exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta. Here are more details on fun outings in Atlanta:

SUNSET ARBORETUM WALKING TOUR

Join Trees Atlanta on a sunset walking tour beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. An expert docent will guide you along the Atlanta BeltLine's Eastside Trail, ending adjacent to Ponce City Market. Learn about local history, see some funky art, discover Tiny Doors, and walk through the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum, a green corridor for people, nature, and transit. The tour ends at the Ponce City Farmers Market where an ambassador will greet the group with market tokens. Consider making plans to grab some drinks after the tour. THE 2018 BB&T ATLANTA OPEN TENNIS TOURNAMENT

The BB&T Atlanta Open, an ATP World Tour 250 professional men’s tennis tournament, is underway and held now through Sunday, at Atlantic Station. The #AtlantaOpen is held each year in July in Atlantic Station and is one of eight summer tournaments in the U.S. Open Series. The tournament features men’s top world tennis players in singles and doubles competition and brings in about 40,000 fans to Atlanta.

Defending BB&T Atlanta Open singles champion, John Isner, and top-ranked Americans, Jack Sock and Ryan Harrison, lead a strong field for the tournament, along with the most decorated doubles tandem of all-time and the defending doubles champions, Bob and Mike Bryan, The Bryan Brothers. Once again, there will be a special women's exhibition match on the opening weekend to kickoff a week of fun, featuring 2017 U.S. Open champion, Sloane Stephens, and the 2017 U.S. Open finalist, Madison Keys. A wide range of ticket prices include single session tickets anywhere from $35 to $179. And while tennis is the big draw, the event also offers a ranges of entertainment options for attendees including upscale dining and live music. THE AMAZING CASTLE AT THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM OF ATLANTA

A new exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta allows children to playfully explore life inside a medieval castle.

“The Amazing Castle” transports families inside a castle’s stone walls where everyone has a job to do – from picking vegetables and preparing a royal meal to building furniture and creating a puppet show.

There’s even a sleeping dragon, and visitors can help wake up the serpent-like creature by completing an electronic puzzle.
