Prayer week: During the Annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, Christians of all religious affiliations will be invited to an ecumenical prayer service to promote open discussion, cooperation and understanding from 7-9 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Emory University Cannon Chapel. The ecumenical prayer service will be followed by a reception and conversation for all attendees. Archbishop Wilton Gregory is scheduled to speak as well. Information: 515 S. Free concert: During the Friends of Music concert, the Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church choir will be joined by members of the Atlanta Symphony and guest conductor Bruce Barber from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Jan. 29.
