The Scots spell it whisky and the Irish spell it whiskey, but how much do you really know about the drink?

According to whiskey expert Tommy Tardie, there are several styles of whiskey that fall under the umbrella.

“All bourbon is whiskey, but not all whiskey is bourbon,” Tardie says.

And apparently, to be considered a bourbon, the drink has to be made of 51 percent or more corn.
