Among the many tapas at Barcelona Wine Bar, I think our favorite is their Eggplant Caponata. It would be great for make for summer. Will they share the recipe?— Carolina Lopez, Atlanta

Eggplant caponata is a classic dish of Sicily, a sweet-and-sour treatment for eggplant, which absorbs flavors so beautifully. There are many variations, but this one is notable for its use of honey. It’s a perfect make-ahead summer dish since you want to serve it at room temperature or cold. A great side dish, it’s also a delicious starter served alongside some crusty bread.
