Permission for Photos

All staff photos in the AJC and on ajc.com are copyrighted by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Photos may not be used for advertising, internet, commercial, promotional or advocacy purposes. We can only grant reprint permission for staff-produced photos that have been published in the AJC.

If the photo you request requires extensive research time, we charge a fee of $50 per half-hour. Photos can be faxed for review at no charge. Photos can be emailed for review for a non-refundable $75 fee per photo.

To request permission to reprint a photo, please complete this form and press the "submit" button. Alternately, you may print out the completed form and fax to 404-526-5862. We will respond via fax, email or telephone within three business days.
