Continuing education for nurses

A CCRN certification review, sponsored by the CRSA chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, will be at the University Hospital Auditorium in Augusta. The event, which will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will feature an appearance by Robin Donohoe Dennison, author of “Pass CCRN!” — a reference guide to the exam. Fourteen contact hours will be awarded upon completion of the review. The cost is $150 and will include a continental breakfast and lunch. “Knowledge Is Power,” a medical-surgical nursing conference, will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Peachtree City Christian Church (500 Kedron Drive).
