"New Directions in Diabetes: A Practical Approach to Treatment and Prevention" is a mini-residency for health care professionals. This three-day seminar is a multidisciplinary course taught by physicians, nurses, dietitians and pharmacists for providers interested in state-of-the-art treatment of and care for diabetes patients. The course, which will be repeated May 21-23, includes clinical observations in the Grady Health System diabetes unit in Atlanta.
