Moving to East Point was a leap of faith for suburbanites Jordan and Jenny Bennett. Jordan says, ‘I was always scared of East Point. For people who grew up outside the Perimeter, it was not a place you wanted to go in the 1980s and ’90s. But it’s really changed.’ The couple bought a three-bedroom, one-bath Craftsman that’s within walking distance of MARTA.
