"I was in the market for my first home," says Marissa Schultz, 26, "and I wanted something unique that would fit my style." Schultz, who works for Global State Investments U.S.A. looked all over Atlanta, but when she found the condos at 870 Inman in Inman Park, she felt the neighborhood really suited her. "What I saw here was entirely different from anything else. There's so much to walk to, so many shops and restaurants and bars, and there's definitely more space in my condo than in anything I saw in Buckhead or Midtown."
What she bought: A one-bedroom, one-bath condo, the largest of the three available one-bedroom floor plans. She's on the fourth floor facing the pool and the part of the neighborhood that can't be built any taller. "I'll always have that view," she says, "and being from a rural community in Indiana, it was a big benefit to me to live in the city but have trees and a great view."

A good value: "All the finishes from the floors to the cabinetry are great. You just don't see this quality in this price range. It was just something I felt I couldn't pass up. I had been looking off and on for four years and nothing had jumped out at me until I came here. I feel very comfortable here.
Amenities: "The fitness center here has nicer equipment than most gyms, and it's so convenient. The neighborhood is wonderful; the building is a great value. I think it's great."
