"I was in the market for my first home," says Marissa Schultz, 26, "and I wanted something unique that would fit my style." I had been looking off and on for four years and nothing had jumped out at me until I came here. I feel very comfortable here.

Amenities: "The fitness center here has nicer equipment than most gyms, and it's so convenient. The neighborhood is wonderful; the building is a great value. I think it's great."
