Drew Little threw two touchdown passes and scored twice on sneaks as Henry County defeated Laney 34-25. Markeith Ambles returned a punt 54 yards for Henry’s other score.

Little, one of the most prolific passing quarterbacks in state history, was 10-for-20 for 159 yards, but he was outgained by Laney’s Cameron Stallings. Stallings threw touchdown passes of 24 yards (to Leroy Jenkins) and 71 yards (to James Bing) and scored on an 8-yard run that cut Henry’s lead to 27-25 with 8:32 left. Stallings was 7-of-13 for 231 yards.

But Henry put away the game on Little’s second 1-yard scoring run with 2:11 left. Henry’s Quan Jones rushed for 118 yards. Henry is 10-1. Laney finished 7-4.

More Class AA

Brooks County 41, Tattnall County 13: Quarterback Jeremy Cody rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns to pace the No. 2-ranked Trojans (10-1). Martez Christopher added three rushing touchdowns.

Dublin 17, Central Macon 6: Rashard Smith completed 8 of 16 passes for 166 yards, including an 85-yard touchdown pass to Anthony Thomas as the host Fighting Irish improved to 10-1. Adam Crump rushed for 122 yards for Central Macon.

Fitzgerald 39, Charlton 7: The Purple Hurricane (9-2) totaled 502 yards rushing, led by Nick Williams, who had 245 yards and scored three touchdowns. Trenton Pruitt added 113 yards rushing.

Lovett 45, Macon County 12: The host Lions (8-3) ran up a 28-0 halftime lead and coasted. Zack Boden rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns, and Taylor Mack added 95 yards. Jonathan Carkhuff completed 10 of 15 passes for 125 yards and two scores.

North Oconee 28, Rockmart 21: Sean Zornig ran for two touchdowns and threw for a third to pace the Titans (9-2).

Pepperell 38, Riverside Military Academy 10: Logan Osborne intercepted three passes and returned two for touchdowns to lead the No. 6-ranked Dragons (10-1). Brandon Whitaker led rushers with 104 yards and two touchdowns, and Jonathan Waters completed 6 of 9 passes for 124 yards.

Westminster 33, Pike County 7: The No. 5-ranked Wildcats (9-2) had little trouble behind Ralph David Abernathy IV, who ran for 170 yards on only eight carries, including a 44-yard touchdown run. Stephon Shelton caught five passes, including touchdown receptions of 14 and 12 yards. The visitors led 28-0 at halftime.
