Milton will go for its fourth consecutive girls lacrosse championship after pounding Lassiter in the semifinals Tuesday.
The Eagles got four goals apiece from Natalie Hill and Marissa Hardy and romped to a 20-4 victory, their 16th in 21 games. They will meet Westminster in the final Saturday.
Hannah Sullivan scored twice for Lassiter (12-8).
Westminster defeated Marist 13-12 in overtime in the other semifinal Tuesday. The Wildcats were led by Taylor Kaplan's five goals, including both overtime goals after regulation ended with the score 11-11.
Teammate Mary Beth Bird added four goals.
That allowed the Wildcats to withstand Marist's Catherine Beadles, who had six goals.
While Milton lacks a record as good as Westminster's 20-1 mark, the Eagles are considered favorites by the state lacrosse community. None of the Eagles' five losses came against a Georgia team.
The final will be a rematch of the 2006 championship, which Milton won 15-10.
