DeKalb County school police are investigating the shooting Tuesday afternoon of a 15-year-old McNair High School student at a MARTA bus stop in front of campus.
The shooting occurred about 3:15 p.m., shortly after classes were dismissed for the day. The bus stop is located near the entrance to the school on Bouldercrest and Key roads.

The male student's injuries were not life-threatening, according to school system spokesman Dale Davis. DeKalb school police were "following up some leads" but had not yet made an arrest, Davis said.
Police do not know if Tuesday's shooting is connected with a shooting Friday evening of a 19-year-old man at the same bus stop.
In that incident, Davis said, students alerted officers at a basketball game that someone outside the school had a weapon. As officers approached the bus stop, they heard two or three gunshots.
The victim, who is not a McNair student, then told them he was injured.
