Brain Tumor (Pediatric)

This study will evaluate whether the growth of low-grade brain tumors called gliomas can be stopped with the following combination of chemotherapy drugs: carboplatin, vincristine, and temozolomide. Children with a glioma who are 10 years or younger may be eligible to participate.

Atrial Fibrillation

This study will evaluate whether the study drug (an investigational blood-thinner) is as effective as warfarin in reducing the formation of blood clots in the hearts of people with atrial fibrillation. Volunteers 18 or older who have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation may be eligible.

This study will evaluate an investigational medication for insomnia. To qualify, you must be ages 18 to 64 with current insomnia. Participants will receive all study related exams and study medication at no cost.
