To do the Single Leg Stretch, first bring the right knee into your chest and lift the left leg to a 45-degree angle, as demonstrated here by trainer Mari Winsor.

Previous tips:

Setup: Lie flat on your back and bring your right knee into your chest. Take your right arm and place it on the ankle of your raised leg. Take your left arm and place it on the inside of the knee. Raise your left leg to a 45-degree angle.

Step 1: Lift up your head and shoulders and tug your bent leg twice.

Step 2: Switch legs and repeat.

Repetitions: Do this exercise 10 times.
