Setup: Hold the jug in your right hand and balance on your left foot.
Step 1: Suck in your belly button and reach down with the jug and across to your left foot. Your left leg should have a slight bend in the knee and your right leg will automatically rise as it counterbalances your shifting weight.
Step 2: Return to the starting position, switching sides each time.
Repetitions: 10-12 repetitions for 1-3 sets.
