Step 1: From an upright kneeling position, place your right foot on the floor in front of you, with your right knee bent and in line with your toes. Place your right hand on your right knee and your left hand on your left hip. If you're flexible enough, you can place them on the floor on either side of your right foot.
Step 2: Press forward with your hips to stretch the front of your left thigh. Breathe deeply as you hold for 30 seconds, or as long you can. Switch legs and repeat.
