— 1995-2001: Vice President of Player Personnel for Detroit.

— 2001-2007: General manager for Seattle.

— April 27, 2008: Reassigned as consult with Seattle after being removed from position in April.

— May 28, 2008: Named general manager of the Hawks.

— Played basketball and football at Northwestern. Was a guard and named MVP of the basketball team in 1971. Played tight end and wide receiver for the football team.
