Police arrested David Andrew Donnelly, 22, and Matthew Thomas Moore, 21, Thursday evening, and both are being held without bond in the Gwinnett County Detention Center.

Donnelly is charged with felony hit and run, robbery, and aggravated assault and battery, and Moore is charged with robbery, aggravated assault and battery.

Yebra was spending time with friends at his Mill Place Court home Saturday when he walked outside to talk with someone in a black Chevrolet pickup. Witnesses said Yebra appeared to be arguing with the driver, according to a police report.

Friends inside the home reportedly heard squealing tires and looked out the window to see Yebra being dragged down the street by the truck. Witnesses said he fell from the truck and was run over. He was found lying in the middle of the street a short distance up the road, the police report said.

Some of Yebra’s friends jumped in a car and followed the truck until they lost it on Dacula Road.

Yebra remains in critical condition at Gwinnett Medical Center.
