      <description>Tropical storm Beryl could bring heavy rain to metro Atlanta by Tuesday as clouds stream into the area for Memorial Day.   Monday could see a possible shower and thunderstorm, mainly south and east of the city, said Channel 2 Action News meteorologist David Chandley.  Monday's temps should be a little cooler at 86, after Sunday's high of 91.</description>
