The Browns quarterback situation could get even worse in Week 14.
Cleveland Browns quarterback Jason Campbell has been cleared for activity but hasn't yet been cleared for practice, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon-Journal.
Campbell, who suffered a concussion in Week 12, needs to be cleared for practice by Wednesday to have a realistic shot at playing in Week 14. Since Brandon Weeden also suffered a concussion in Week 13, Alex Tanney would be the next man up for the Browns at quarterback.
Fantasy spin: None of the Browns' quarterbacks are worth considering at all for fantasy football purposes. If Cleveland has to play Tanney, Josh Gordon's fantasy value could take a hit. He has been able to produce despite Cleveland's lack of talent at quarterback, but Tanney would be yet another drop off.
Also, New England's defense will be a must-start against the Browns if Tanney is in the lineup in Week 14. The Patriots will feast on the Browns' offense.
