The Jonas Brothers have broken their silence about their sudden and abrupt split.
They appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America Wednesday and opened up about how they’re all going different directions with different goals.
Nick Jonas said that while things will always be family first, “we’ve had complications for a long time without addressing them. It was a tough conversation but we’re best suited to do our own individual things.” But added that “we’re brothers first.”
Joe mentioned how things were “starting to get stale to us” and that they were butting heads about their collective future as a band.
Kevin added that “we will be doing something for our fans” by sharing an additional four previously unreleased tracks to their album.
When it comes to their futures, each brother has a different set of goals. Joe wants to focus on music and acting. Nick plans to focus on writing music for himself and for other artists and Kevin wants to explore the behind the scenes angles of the music business, as well as being a family man as he’s expecting his first child with wife Danielle this winter.
Best of luck on your future ventures guys!
