Yesterday marked the start of Project Runway Season 4.
Anyone desperately seeking a Georgia connection will find it in contestant Carmen Webber, 37 of North Carolina. Webber is a SCAD alum (BFA, illustration, 1994).
She also has a clothing line called Sistahs of Harlem.
