Underpinnings for the augmented

David Brothers, an Atlanta based plastic surgeon, is gaining fame for his sideline gig.
Brothers was recently featured in Allure magazine for the line of bras he’s created.
“Le Mystere No. 9” is an underwire bra “designed to fit the rounder and more projected contour of augmented breasts.”
Is this a case of fashion frivolity or is a real need being met?
