A study released today from J.D. Power and Associates surveyed customer satisfaction with department stores in three major metropolitan areas including Atlanta.
Where do we shop with satisfaction?
Atlanta shoppers ranked Nordstrom highest among upscale department stores, while Kohl’s ranked highest among midscale department stores.
