According to a survey from AXE, makers of the scents that get men noticed (at least in those TV commercials), Atlanta has some of the “naughtiest” girls in the country.

The city ranks fourth in terms of naughtiness behind LA, Miami, and New York. And it seems Atlanta women are particularly bad around Halloween.

Almost half of Atlanta women have worn a naughty costume for Halloween (49%) and many think of the holiday as an excuse to act or dress naughty.

Is it true?
