Do you shudder at the thought of wearing second hand clothes or have you mapped out every resale store in the Atlanta metro area?
It’s true not all resale stores are high quality, but finding the gems could mean owning designer clothing and handbags at 80 to 90% off.
Consignment stores, which sell items and then pay a portion of the sale to the owner, are one avenue to get better quality merchandise than you may find at the local Salvi.
