CUTE N’ COMFORTABLE SHOES

Fashion Week is great, except my feet are killing me. I have a quarter-sized blister on my right foot (and a dime sized blister on my left, ewwww…) presumably from walking from show to show, standing in line for shows, standing backstage during shows.

I’ve clearly gone soft thanks to Atlanta’s car culture. But Fashion Week lasts for (duh) a week, which means I have 5 more days to limp around. I’ve tried gel insoles and thick socks. Not working. Someone told me to buy a pair of Merrill’s. Not a bad idea, but also not the mark of the fashionable. Can anyone recommend a cute comfort shoe? Under $100 please…

I really like Born shoes. They are super comfortable without looking like you are planning on taking a hiking trip. As far as the whole fashion thing goes, I say wear what you like and act like you are the coolest for wearing it! Hope you are having fun at Fashion Week!! :)

I recommend Ecco, which keep my feet comfy-feeling and cool-looking. Alas, they cost a bit more than $100, but ask yourself: Aren’t your feet worth it?

Aerosoles are very comfortable, and the styling is not bad for a lower-priced shoe. Avoid Steve Madden — not even close to comfy.
