It’s a jungle out there!

Evidently, goodie bags are a big deal at Fashion Week, even when the show is about heart disease rather than fashion.

I learned that the hard way when a lady found her goodie bag missing this morning during the Red Dress show.

Clearly distraught, she demanded to know what happened to her bag before asking others to pass her a bag from an empty seat. Apparently energized by her reclaimed swag, she danced throughout the show and even moved up to the get a closer view from a front row seat next to Broadway actress Bebe Neuwirth.

All of that effort for a box from Celestial Seasonings, a tube of Rembrandt toothpaste, Ambi skin cream, and a package of St. Joseph safety-coated aspirin. Maybe she knows something I don’t…

Next up, Duckie Brown’s show.

P.S.: Celeb photographer and “America’s Next Top Model” judge Nigel Barker is pretty charming in person.

From the runway to your closet

How do you think your fashion choices relate to the runways of New York?

Do you see the connection or do you think it’s all a marketing ploy?
