Home Sweet Home Gwinnett is currently the only rapid re-housing program in Gwinnett County to stabilize families in crisis by providing furnished apartments, thereby reducing the stigma of homelessness. The program includes comprehensive case management which strives to break the cycle of poverty by addressing its root causes and combating them with education, counseling and personal accountability.
