• Chips

• Ants on a log (peanut butter- filled celery sticks, sprinkled with raisins)

• Seven layer bars

• Glow sticks for the big finale

• Grapes or strawberries

• Cheese and crackers

Tomatoes Stuffed With Avocado and Smoked Salmon (the recipe) or caprese salad (fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, oil and vinegar)

• Roast beef finger sandwiches, or

• Medley of raw zucchini, red bell pepper, carrots and celery, cut into strips
