The Atlanta Falcons and 360 Architecture, which is designing a new stadium for the team, showed the most recent conceptual designs of the facility Monday at a stadium development committee meeting of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority.  The site for the facility is still in question and a citizen's advocacy group is trying to collect signatures to allow residents to vote on whether they want public tax collections used to help fund the $1 billion stadium.
