— Aberdeen, Scotland - biotech drugs

— Montreal - various R&D

Pfizer sites staying open/Types of future research:

— La Jolla, Calif. - vaccines, biotech drugs and traditional medicines

— San Francisco - antibody-based biotech drugs

— Groton, Conn. - vaccines, biotech drugs and traditional medicines

— St. Louis, Mo. - biotech drugs, but with sharply reduced staff

— Sandwich, U.K. - vaccines, biotech drugs and traditional medicines

— Shanghai, China - various R&D

— Cambridge, U.K. - regenerative medicine (repairing damaged tissue)
