The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
For the third year in a row, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods ranked No. 1 in a New-Home Quality Study released Tuesday by J.D. Power and Associates.
The study, in its third year, gauges “the occurrence and impact of construction problems experienced by new-home owners,” in two dozen markets, according to a news release.
Home quality in the Atlanta market has improved by 23 points from last year, the release said.
Overall customer satisfaction in Atlanta continues to improve, up 19 points from 2008, though it remains 24 points below the national average, according to the New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study, also released Tuesday.
